When you use real, quality ingredients, you don’t need much else, and so we keep things simple! Our snacks are all about letting natural flavours and nutrients shine, with nothing unnecessary getting in the way. Basically, Mother Nature does most of the work, we just make sure her flavours stay as pure and delicious as possible!

Yes, absolutely! Some of our seaweed products are certified organic and the raw seaweed for these snacks is cultivated in certified organic growing areas off the coast of South Korea. Please check out our organic seaweed snacks – they taste amazing!

Absolutely! All our meat snacks are completely allergen-free, and most of our seaweed products are too. Every single one of our snacks is gluten-free and dairy-free, so you can enjoy them worry-free. Check out our allergen-friendly range – they’re not just safe, they’re seriously tasty!

Spend £30 or more and enjoy FREE delivery to all UK mainland addresses!

For orders under £30, Standard delivery costs £3.99 (2–3 working days), while Next Day delivery is £4.99 (1 working day).

For your peace of mind, every order is sent with a reliable, tracked, and insured service, and you’ll get a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

The delivery time depends on the shipping option you select during checkout.

If you qualify for free UK shipping or select Standard delivery, your order will arrive within 2–3 working days. Next Day delivery, as the name suggests, arrives the following working day. Place your order before 12pm (midday) on a working day, and we’ll dispatch it the same day.

Please note that some areas have a slightly longer delivery time such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands of Scotland for example.

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on a working day are sent out the same day. We’ll notify you again once your parcel has been dispatched.

If you have a tracking number from EVRi, DPD, or APC Overnight, you can also check the delivery status directly on the EVRi parcel tracking site (or EVRi app), the DPD tracking site, or the APC tracking site.

Or, if you made the purchase with Shop Pay or Klara, you can track your order via their respective apps.

Typically, the delivery service provider will follow your instructions via their app, try to leave your parcel somewhere safe or with a neighbour, or if not possible, leave a note with instructions on arranging a redelivery, or the address of the local depot to collect it from.

We ship to all UK mainland addresses.

Unfortunately, we’re not currently able to offer international delivery, and we’re also unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to import duty issues.

Returns

No problem, you can benefit from our 30-day money back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have changed your mind, you can return the product(s) in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Ideally, you get in touch with us before the order has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, then you will need to either refuse or return the goods. If you have already received the goods and change your mind you will be responsible for postage costs to return.

Return the item(s), unopened and in original packaging, and you will qualify for a full refund, excluding the original shipping charge (shipping info overview).

We try our very best to prevent this from happening but it sadly can happen in rare occasions!

If a product you’ve ordered is off or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately and we will replace the product. Please explain the defect in a covering letter and return it together with its original packaging, etc.

Any discrepancies or damaged packages need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered, so that we can immediately investigate with the delivery service provider to find out what went wrong. Please contact us immediately.

Payments & Security

We accept all of the most common payment methods. We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, UnionPay, and Discover.

You will be asked for a discount code on the check-out page. Simply enter the code in the required field and enjoy your saving.

As pretty much all orders are processed and dispatched on the same day, payment will typically be taken at the time when you place your order.
