Delivery charges

Spend £30 or more and enjoy FREE Standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses!

For orders under £30, Standard delivery costs £3.99, while Next Day delivery is £4.99.

Your order will be shipped with EVRi, DPD, or APC Overnight, depending on its size and weight.

Unfortunately, we’re not currently able to offer international delivery, and we’re also unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to import duty issues.

Delivery times to UK mainland

Our couriers aim to deliver Standard orders within 2–3 working days across most of the UK mainland. For some remote areas of Scotland and offshore islands, delivery may take a little longer – typically 3–5 working days.

Our Next Day delivery service – as the name suggests – delivers within 1 working day.

Place your order before 12pm (midday) on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), and we’ll dispatch it the same day.

Please double-check your delivery details (address, postcode, etc.). We can’t take responsibility for missing parcels due to typos! Occasionally, life throws curveballs – extreme weather, delivery truck breakdowns, unexpected events – which could delay things. If that happens, we appreciate your patience!

Recording and tracking
