Instead of cooking or dehydrating, we air-dry our beef to lock in the protein, minerals, and vitamins. It takes about 230g of lean beef to make just 100g of our air-dried steak, meaning every snack is loaded with rich flavour and nutrients. Plus, it’s naturally low in carbs with no added sugar.

From pasture to pantry: how our beef snacks are made
Prime cuts of naturally reared, grass-fed beef
Our beef snacks are proudly made in the Greater London area, UK, using top quality beef, authentically handcrafted and cured in a state-of-the-art facility.
Great beef snacks start with great meat, which is why we only use ethically sourced, lean silverside beef from naturally reared, grass-fed cows. Btw, silverside is the same premium cut you’d use for a classic Sunday roast, so you know it’s good!

Cured and marinated
Our beef snacks are prepared onsite in small batches by skilled artisans who take real pride in their craft. We start with slabs of prime beef, cure them with Himalayan salt and apple cider vinegar (ACV), and marinate them in a blend of selected herbs and spices to bring you that natural, deep flavour you know and love.
But our ACV is the real hero of the process. Not only does it help cure the meat as it dries, but it also adds a tangy depth of flavour and tenderizes it for that perfect, steak-like bite. We prefer ACV over regular vinegar because it contains trace antioxidants and beneficial compounds from apples, whereas most plain vinegars are just acetic acid and water.
Oh, and just so you know, we never add sugar!
“Hung to dry”
The marinated beef slabs are hung on hooks in custom-built driers, where they go through a natural air-drying process. With strict humidity and temperature controls and plenty of airflow, we ensure top-quality results every time.
After six to seven days of slow drying, the wait pays off as each slab is packed with bold, mouth-watering flavour and a perfectly tender texture. The beef loses over half its weight during this process, locking in and preserving all the essential nutrients for your benefit.

Sliced into snack-ready pieces
Once dried to perfection, we cut the slabs into bite-sized, ready-to-snack slices and package them straight away to lock in the freshness.
Every batch is made fresh by hand in small quantities to keep the quality top-tier. And since it’s an artisan product, no two batches look exactly the same, but they’ll deliver the same mouth-watering, tender deliciousness every time!
