The tender, air-dried steak is packed full of protein and iron to help you recover from an early morning workout , or to give you healthy energy for the rest of the day. For a vibrant touch, add a few juicy cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of olive oil for a vibrant finish.

This dish has all the flavours and textures you need for complete satisfaction, from the creamy avocado, the gooey egg to the extra chew of the beef. A wholesome and creative breakfast for those who don’t have time to cook.

Seaweed breakfast wrap with smoked salmon

Pork chicharrónes are traditionally used for snacking – but we aren’t looking for traditional here.
