Slice an avocado into thin strips, add a pinch of salt and a squirt of lime and wrap them in a seaweed sheet. Just like mini sushi. You can even add a piece of salmon or cucumber if that hits the spot. These are high in healthy fats, rich in fibre and require zero cooking for on-the-go keto snacking.
Spicy tuna bites
Mix canned tuna with light mayo and a dash of sriracha and sesame oil. Scoop a spoonful onto a seaweed sheet and top with spring onion. Packed with protein, flavour and a satisfying crunch.
Seaweed dippers
Double up on your roasted seaweed sheets so that they’re strong enough to use as scoops into homemade guacamole or keto houmous (made from cauliflower). It’s a low-carb, keto-efficient alternative to crisps, pretzels or breadsticks.
Seaweed mini pizzas
