Oh no, we didn’t expect to see you here in the returns section! Our snacks are meant to make your taste buds dance, not drag you into the return zone – returns are never fun, we know. But hey, it happens, and if you need to return your purchase for any reason, we’ll make sure the process is as smooth and painless as possible for you.

Changed your mind and want to cancel your order?

No worries! Our 30-day money-back guarantee has got you covered—if you made a whoopsie with your purchase or just changed your mind, simply send the product back to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it.

The best move? Get in touch ASAP, ideally before your order ships. If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to either refuse delivery or send it back (see returns form). If you’ve already got it in hand, postage costs for the return will be on you.

Just make sure the product is unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund (minus the shipping fee). Keep in mind, for health reasons, we can’t refund items that aren’t faulty if the packaging is damaged, or has been opened. Thanks for understanding.

Faulty products

We can only replace items if they’re defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your order shows up looking faulty or not what you ordered, get in touch right away, and we’ll sort it out with a replacement. We’ll need a few photos of the problem along with your name and order number, and we’ll take it from there!

Discrepancies and damaged parcels

If your package shows up damaged or something’s not right, report it to us within 36 hours so we can jump on it and sort things out with the delivery provider.

General remarks on returns

We handle refunds and exchanges as soon as your returned product arrives with us – no exchanges can be processed until we’ve received the goods, so thanks for your patience!

Refunds will go back to your original payment method and usually take about 3-5 working days. If it’s taking longer, check with your bank or credit card company, as they sometimes take their sweet time. Still stuck? Please get in touch and drop us a line with your order number, and we’ll help you out.

Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using recorded delivery as we can’t be held liable if your parcel gets lost or delayed on its way back.

For bundled special offers, keep in mind you’ll need to return all items in the deal or pay the current price for any you want to keep.
