Public Affairs & Lobbying Policy

MORiSH does not undertake lobbying activities, make political contributions or seek to influence legislation or public policy through direct lobbying.

If the Company engages in lobbying or public policy activities in the future, it will do so only where they support our purpose of helping build a healthier and more sustainable food system and contribute to a positive social and environmental impact.

Any public policy positions will be based on reliable evidence and, where appropriate, recognised scientific research. MORiSH maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and does not make financial or in-kind political contributions.

Where MORiSH participates in trade associations, industry groups or other intermediary organisations, we seek to ensure our participation is consistent with our purpose, values and this Policy. If a material conflict of position arises, we will review our continued participation and take appropriate action where necessary.

This Policy is approved by the Directors, who comprise MORiSH's highest governing body, and is reviewed at least annually.
