The MORiSH peppers with a serious flavour punch, minus the carbs and excess fats. Each bite blends the creamy, tangy filling of the pepper with the irresistible chewy texture of tender beef. Able to be served warm or cold, depending on your occasion to let your buffet table shine.
Ingredients
- 75g of MORiSH’s air-dried steak, finely chopped
- 150g cream cheese, softened
- 60g mature cheddar, finely grated
- 8-10 mini sweet peppers, halved and deseeded
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Spring onions, finely sliced
- Smoked paprika
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, coriander, or chives, chopped, for garnish

How to make delicious beef stuffed pepper snacks
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, Dijon mustard, paprika, spring onions, and chopped beef snacks. Mix until well blended and creamy.
- Season with cracked black pepper to taste.
- Spoon or pipe the beefy mixture into each mini pepper half.
- If you prefer them warm and gooey, then bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, otherwise serve cold.
- Arrange on a serving platter and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Top tip for summer snacking
Use a piping bag to neatly fill your peppers – it’s faster, cleaner and you won’t lose any of that precious meaty filling along the way.
And, if you want to kick the heat up a notch, try adding a dash of hot sauce or a sprinkling of chilli flakes before serving.
